Wie können neue Mitarbeitende vor Arbeitsbeginn eine importierbare Kennung bekommen?

Normally, an LMU user ID (= account that can be imported into the LRZ IDM portal) is generated from the data from the LMU personnel department as soon as new employees receive the start account + start password from the LMU personnel department and have carried out the initial log in to the LMU portal, see https://login.portal.uni-muenchen.de/ea.

However, if the account is needed earlier (e.g. to set up the work place, assign a mail/exchange address), then these employees can obtain a start account + start password in advance from their IT Operations Team at LMU or by applying to the LMU IT Service Desk, see https://www.it-servicedesk.uni-muenchen.de/lmu-benutzerkennung/lmu-benutzerkennung/index.html. You can then import the resulting LMU user ID into your LRZ project.

N.B.: Please note the exact spelling of the first and last name and the correctness of the date of birth, so that the data (the role) from the personnel department can later be correctly linked with the already existing account in the LMU directory service.
