LMU-Kennungen importieren
LMU members should be able to use as many services as possible at the LRZ with their LMU account. Then they only need to remember one account and one password and do not have to puzzle over which account to use for which service.
To ensure that this also works for LRZ services for which the master user normally enters the permission, there is the option of "importing" LMU (user) IDs into LRZ projects. For this purpose, the data of the accounts are continuously synchronised from the LMU to the LRZ, so that an always up-to-date copy of the account is kept at the LRZ (limited to the data relevant for the service provision). The master user can fetch ("import") this copy of the account into his LRZ project and provide it with further permissions that are not already assigned by default by LMU or can be managed in the LMU portal.
