Wie entferne ich eine importierte Kennung aus meinem Projekt?
In the IDM portal, there is also "Account | export", analogous to the workflow "Account | import".
A list of all imported accounts is displayed and you can select the account(s) that should no longer be in your project, e.g. because the person in question no longer works at your institution.
What has to be considered when exporting an account?
- When exporting, all basic services assigned by LMU to an account are retained (i.e. ADS, CampusLMU mail, Confluence, GitLab, Institutional Cloud Storage, Personal Cloud Storage, Sync+Share, VPN / WLAN, lmu.de mail forwarding, if available in each case).
- All services additionally assigned by you and your master user colleagues are deleted by exporting. The deletion generally also affects all data that was associated with the services. In particular, all mail addresses, forwardings and mailboxes are deleted with the mail permission. Deleting the backup and archiving permission also deletes any ISP nodes.
Good to know: Deleting an Exchange permission does not result in the loss of the mailbox, but it is temporarily stored offline. If the same account is re-imported into an LRZ project within 2 weeks and receives Exchange permission, the mailbox is "attached" to the account again; the user will find all his previous mails in it. - If an account is to be moved to another institution or to another LRZ project, please contact the LRZ-Servicedesk. Then we make the move and it is ensured that existing data (such as the mailbox or ISP nodes) are preserved.
