Please inform your LRZ advisor as soon as possible of any changes to the head of the institution and any other associated changes, e.g. the name of your institution.

Please also occasionally check the information that you can call up in the Master User Services under the item "View Institution" for correctness and inform your LRZ advisor of any necessary changes.

Please note that the LRZ must be informed of such changes at the latest during the annual project extension; the earlier you inform us of changes, the less manual correction work is involved on both sides - see also How does the annual project extension work?
