Ich bin neuer Master User. Womit fange ich an?

If your institution has just signed a project contract with the LRZ and you have been appointed as a Master User, or if you have newly taken on the Master User job, it very much depends on how confident you feel about your new task:

• If you have not been instructed in the basic procedures and use of the Master User services or have not already gained an overview yourself, you should contact your responsible LRZ advisor.
• If you are a Master User with a current problem and do not know what to do or are in doubt about a solution, you should also contact them your LRZ advisor. That is what your advisor is there for.
