Ich kann keine neue Kennung anlegen - die "Anzahl der Kennungen" reicht nicht aus!?

Each project is assigned project quota, which determines, how many accounts can be set up in total within the framework of the project. You will receive this error message if you try to create more accounts than were agreed with the LRZ as part of the project contract.

There are two solutions to this problem:

• For each account you delete, your project quota increases so that you can create a new account again; see How to delete an account (status "gelöscht")?
• You can informally request your LRZ advisor to increase the project quota; see How can I apply for additional accounts and permissions for my project?

Please note: Master users from projects for the LRZ supercomputer (SuperMUC-NG) cannot create accounts themselves, but must apply for them - see the article Application for a project on SuperMUC-NG.
