The reasons for such a problem can be complex. We advice to check the following points first:
- Is there an active internet connection?
- Is there an active firewall that blocks the client connection?
- Is there enough storage left on the LRZ Sync+Share server?
- Are there any files that interfere with the synchronization? Such a case can be examined in the client window by clicking on "Transfers" (on the right side).
- Note: The LRZ Sync+Share client must be switched to the advanced mode to be able to do so (→ FAQ 202).
- Do the problematic top-level folders still exist on the LRZ Sync+Share server?

For further analysis, the log files of the LRZ Sync+Share client may be needed. Therefore, please enable the recording of log files (→ FAQ 202).
