Unlike other LRZ accounts, the status of a partial-admin account cannot be changed directly.

A partial-admin account is activated by assigning the personal account of a user to it as a "manager account" (in the IDM portal under "Account | view/modify").

A partial-admin account is locked by removing the manager account from partial-admin account.
