Wie kann ich für eine importierte Kennung eine Mailadresse setzen?
As before when creating an account, you can only initially set a mail address (for Exchange or Mailin) when importing an account.
Please make sure that you select the Exchange or Mail service in the step "Assign additional services" when importing an account.
- select the Exchange or Mail service
- actually enter a mail address in the last step "e-mail address" activated by this.
If you have overlooked this, you can safely re-export an account that you have just imported (see How to remove an imported account from my project?) and carry out the import process again from the beginning.
The account owner can make changes to their mail addresses at any time in the Self Services of the IDM portal: Subscribe or unsubscribe to mail aliases and change the main/sending address.
