Wie aktuell sind die Angaben zum Plattenplatz-Verbrauch?

In the Self Services of the IDM portal, each user can view his or her current disk space allocation under the menu item "Account | view permissions".

This information is brand-new for standard mailboxes and personal homepages, i.e. it is retrieved from the platforms when the menu item is called up.

For the other services and platforms (including Exchange, Personal Cloud Storage and Linux Cluster), a direct retrieval from the platforms is unfortunately not possible for technical reasons. Instead, the user is shown values that are updated once a night. Changes to the allocation, e.g. due to the deletion of e-mails or files, are therefore not immediately visible.

As a master user, you also have the option of viewing the disk space allocation of all accounts in your project. Here you will generally only see the values that were retrieved from the platforms during the previous night.
