How to connect shared mailbox in Outlook 365

1. Open Outlook on your device. Click "File" in the upper left corner and then click "Account Settings" twice.

2. Click the "New..." button in the "Email" tab.

3. When the field appears asking for an email address, enter the mailbox you want to add, click Next, and in the next window, select the Exchange button.

4. In the next step, you can finish the setup by clicking "Finish".

^{If you are using Office 365 you need to select Exchange as a Service, once prompted for your username and password, enter your TUMID and Password.}

Mobile Mail Clients blocked by LRZ 

Please note that the TUM/LRZ Exchange Services are actively prohibiting the usage of the official Microsoft Outlook for Mobile and MyMail App due to unsecure deployment of user credentials. Username and Password are cached on the servers of the App Providers - this is a comfort feature but also a security risk and violates the LRZ Usage Regulations
