Connecting the Meeting Owl
Connect the two cables (power supply cable and USB cable) to the bottom of the Meeting Owl. Connect the power supply cable to a power outlet and the USB cable to your laptop. The Meeting Owl is automatically recognized by the laptop as a camera. The Meeting Owl will automatically power up, the "eyes" will begin to glow, and an owl call will sound. The Meeting Owl is now ready for use.
Placement
Place the owl as centrally as possible in the room when you hold meetings. Ideally, meeting participants should be no more than 2 meters away from the Meeting Owl.
