Meeting Owl

The Meeting Owl Pro is an intelligent 360° camera with integrated microphone and speakers for use in video conferences such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

The camera automatically focuses on people who are speaking. We recommend using the Meeting Owl for small and medium sized meetings.

Content

  • Meeting Owl Pro

  • Power supply unit

  • USB cable (USB-A or USB-C connector)

Controls

  • 2x mute buttons = microphone is deactivated

  • +/- button= increase/decrease volume

Connecting the Meeting Owl

Connect the two cables (power supply cable and USB cable) to the bottom of the Meeting Owl. Connect the power supply cable to a power outlet and the USB cable to your laptop. The Meeting Owl is automatically recognized by the laptop as a camera. The Meeting Owl will automatically power up, the "eyes" will begin to glow, and an owl call will sound. The Meeting Owl is now ready for use.

Placement

Place the owl as centrally as possible in the room when you hold meetings. Ideally, meeting participants should be no more than 2 meters away from the Meeting Owl.

Video conference settings

Zoom

In Zoom, select "Meeting Owl Camera" as the camera. Likewise for Microphone & Speaker.
