Powerwall


The powerwall has a projection area of 6m x 3.15m and is projected from the rear to avoid potential shadows being cast by a viewer or presenter. In order to achieve a high image quality, it is operated with two 4k projectors. This way it is possible to project bright 3D graphics stereoscopically in a 4x HD resolution (4096 x 2160 pixels) in real time. The projection is achieved by means of circular polarization filters and passive stereo display. The system is operated via a powerful cluster consisting of 6 nodes. It is equipped with an optical position detection system with 6 cameras.
