023 - Mein Node ist gesperrt. Wie passiert das und was kann ich tun? (ANS1361E)

Nodes can be locked for 3 different reasons (sorted by frequency):

  1. by entering an incorrect password multiple times, ISP locks the node automatically.
  2. if an identifier has been locked in the user administration, the ISP nodes are also locked.

  3. a node behaves conspicuously and disrupts operation. In this case, the node is blocked by the administrators.

You can easily recognize cases 1 and 3 in DATWeb.
To do this, log in to DATWeb with the administrator ID.
In the node list in the left-hand column, locked nodes can be recognized by one (case 1) or two (case 3) asterisks in front of the node name.
Double-click on the node and either an "Unlock Node" button will appear in the top right-hand corner in case 1, which you can use to unlock the node yourself, or in case 3 a reference to the service desk.

In case 2, you cannot log in to DATWeb.
If you are a master user yourself, contact the user administration via the service desk.
If you are a normal user, ask your master user who set up the ID for you.
