310 - Der Client hat keine Verbindung / Der Client ist nicht am Dienst angemeldet

In the lower part of the client window, you will find your user name after successful login. If "Password required", "Login failed" or "Login running" is displayed, then the login is still in progress or did not complete automatically. Proceed as follows:

1. To log in again, click once on the message and the login dialog will open.
2. After successful login, the user name is displayed and the program icon has changed.
