21 The system maintenance needs a prolongation. Please read including update of the OS to SLES 15 is concluded. Unfortunately, stability is not sufficient yet to start general operation. Please see updates on https://www.lrz.de/aktuell/ali00907.html for details.
Due to the job processing backlog and the current job profile, no reservations or priorizations can be granted.
With exception of some nodes, CoolMUC-3 and all associated systems are operational again after yesterday's cooling issue was resolved.
Most of the software stack is working as expected, exept for a few known issues. Please check this link "Open issues after the SuperMUC-NG Upgrade to SLES15 (24.06.2021)" first to see whether we are already working on problem you are observing.

Due to the very limited use of MSC products or MSC Licenses on High-Performance Systems at LRZ, the MSC software support including installations and license server will be taken off by September 2021. RStudio Server: License Expiration Issue. We are in the process of addressing this issue and a near-term license expansion has been arranged, but the expiration message is still showing. At this moment, we cannot ensure when the whole process will be completed.
