Email

Dear (Rost/Lothar, Ege, Gagneur),

We would like to organize a workshop so that the results of all three KONWIHR projects can be presented. For the date we have two possibilities: 12.11.2018 or 03.12.2018. Please let me know which of the two dates is suitable for you and if it is better in the morning (from 10:00 to 11:30) or in the afternoon (from 13:30 to 15:00). The talk should be in the order of 20 minutes plus questions.

KONWIHR Projects:

Prof. Dr. Markus Ege, Dr. von Haunersches Kinderspital,  Genetic and Microbial Determinants of Childhood Asthma and their In- teractions

Prof. Dr. Burkhard Rost, Lehrstuhl für Bioinformatik TUM, High Performance Handling and Management of Sequence Analysis Results in PredictProtein

Prof. Dr. Julien Gagneur, Computational Biology TUM,  Computational methods for mapping of regulatory elements from large-scale RNA-sequencing compendia

Thank you very much for the pleasant time during the Konwihr project and I look forward to hearing from you.
